LEGAL RETAINER SERVICE

  • Respond to problems, discuss and provide solutions/suggestions to clients via phone, email and meetings to anticipate and manage risks that may arise in the business
  • Reviewing legal agreements/documents related to business management (including but not limited to company regulations, employment agreements and cooperation agreements)
  • Create various kinds of agreements both in the form of MoUs, joint agreements, LOIs, Addendums, as well as in the form of investment agreements, cooperation agreements, nominee agreements, distribution agreements and correspondence
  • Examination from a legal perspective in detail on all legal aspects of the company, including agreements, capital, management and delegation of authority to manage company assets, employment and legal relations with third parties.
  • GK Legal Network will make and submit legal opinions in writing on events and / or legal issues faced by clients and / or on the results of document review. legal opinion is submitted at the request of the client in writing accompanied by a brief chronology and supporting documents.
  • Accompany clients in business meetings related to legal aspects (not related to disputes)
  • Assisting clients in resolving out-of-court disputes through mediation, negotiation; in the fields of general and special civil law, intellectual property rights and industrial disputes.
  • Assist and represent clients in resolving disputes in litigation (through the court) both in the field of civil law, criminal (investigation), suspension of debt payment and bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, labor disputes; where the implementation of this work requires a special power of attorney and a separate legal services proposal.
